There are three dedicated welfare reps on the LGBTsoc committee - Male, Female, and Trans. They are not trained professionals, but they will refer you to the right people.
The Welfare reps are there so that should you have a problem, a question, a worry or an issue related to LGBT life at the university, in your college or in the city of Oxford, you can get in touch with them. They will try to answer any questions you have or solve any problems to the best of their ability. If it's not within their power or expertise to do so, they will put you in touch with the most suitable person or organisation to deal with whatever it is.
Any communication between you and LGBTSoc welfare reps will be strictly confidential.
