Each year we run a parenting scheme so that queer freshers can build a support network within the LGBTQ community. If you apply for the parenting scheme, you will get two parents from different colleges. They will meet you at the first drinks event of term and be helpful contacts throughout your time at the university. We thoroughly recommend the scheme as you will make new friends, learn more about Oxford LGBT and more about the university as a whole.

If you are already a member of Oxford University but have never quite got round to joining in with LGBT, you can also join the scheme.
