Each year we run a Fresher buddy scheme so that LGBTQ freshers can build a support network within the LGBTQ community. If you apply for the scheme, you will be matched up with existing members of LGBTQsoc, across various colleges. They will meet you at the first drinks event of term and be helpful contacts throughout your time at the university. We thoroughly recommend the scheme as you will make new friends, learn more about Oxford LGBTQ and more about the university as a whole.

If you are already a member of Oxford University but have never quite got round to joining in with LGBTQ, you can also join the scheme.
