Welcome to the OU LGBTSoc website - to tell you everything you need to know about LGBT life under the spires.
LGBTSoc is primarily a social group that aims to offer a comfortable, relaxed environment for the University of Oxford's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered community. We hold a weekly drinks and many more events besides - from brunches to speaker events, as well as stocking an LGBT library that members can borrow from for free. In addition to this, we have three welfare officers on hand to provide support and advice for those who need it, and indeed any committee member is here to help.
On behalf of the committee, I'd like to extend a warm invitation to attend any of our many events. Any suggestions for new directions and different socials are always welcome, so don't hesitate to contact me using the contact form. Likewise, if you have any queer-ies, drop me an email.
